The Difference I Make: Recently a lady called me from the US who was not sure where she wanted to go – she thought Canada might be nice but she was also thinking of Europe. Over the next few days we talked about the things she loved about travel – nature, wildlife, and the opportunity for relaxation as well as adventure – and I came up with a customized self-drive journey through some lesser known towns in the Rockies. By taking the time to get to know her, I could plan her perfect trip, and she loved it!

The Difference I Make: When a client of mine lost her documentation package en route, I spent my day calling bus stations, restaurants, and bed and breakfasts on the other side of the country. The Difference I Make: Some of my customers were flying from the UK to do one of our Rockies train trips. Their flight was delayed and they got in very late, missing a Vancouver sightseeing tour. They were leaving the next morning so were out of options for an alternate tour. As a former tour guide at many venues across Vancouver, I walked to their hotel after work and took them up the Vancouver Lookout and gave them a little personal 360-degree tour of Vancouver!
